The ZDLPF46 electronic electric fluorine lined single seat regulating valve is composed of a 381L series electronic actuator and a straight through single seat fluorine lined valve. The actuator adopts an integrated electronic controller module, which does not require additional servo amplifiers and has a high output force; The parts of the valve body that come into contact with the medium are all treated with high-pressure injection molding technology, lined with corrosion-resistant and anti-aging polytetrafluoroethylene (F46), and sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene corrugated pipes. Therefore, this valve is widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, and power for process control of highly corrosive media such as acids and alkalis, as well as toxic and volatile gases, liquids, and media.

Corrosion resistance: The valve body cavity, valve core, valve seat, and valve stem are all lined with 2.5-3mm thick F46, which can resist acid, alkali, and strong corrosion
Good sealing performance: The corrugated tube and packing made of polytetrafluoroethylene material are double sealed to ensure no leakage
Small leakage: Due to the soft sealing of the valve core and seat, the leakage is lower than the IV level standard
